When it comes to supplements, there is a wide variety of them that patients and the public at large use to treat or mitigate all kinds of ailments.

One of the most common supplements in the market bought by consumers are glucosamine and chondroitin, or a combination of both, to treat arthritis.

The typical initial dose is 1500 mg of glucosamine and 1200 of chondroitin daily for 1 to 2 months. If a response is obtained, the dose can be reduced to 1000 mg of glucosamine and 800 of chondroitin or less.

In order to achieve that initial dosage, patients need to take from six to eight large pills each day, which can be a burden.

Schiff, one known American laboratory that started to produce supplements in 1936 in Salt Lake City, Utah, has a solution for those who suffer from arthritis and want to avoid taking large doses of glucosamine and chondroitin in the form of huge pills: it’s called Move Free Ultra.

Move-Free Ultra Triple Action is just one tiny pill per day with triple action support for joints, bone and cartilage with three main components: Type II Collagen, hyaluronic acid (HA, and boron.

According to Schiff, collagen helps preserve and maintain cartilage, HA is the same molecule found in the healthy joint fluid that supports joint lubrication and smooth movement, and boron helps support healthier bones by maintaining healthy levels of vitamin D, calcium, and magnesium.

Though supplements are not a silver bullet to treat medical conditions, sometimes they help to improve health, and in the case of Move-Free Ultra, if you suffer from arthritis is worth to try one pill a day vs. six or eight large pills.

Before starting taking any supplement you should always consult with your doctor first in order to avoid unwanted side effects.
